Both our nurseries follow the Ofsted Safeguarding and Welfare requirements with regard to staff:child ratios.
We operate a key person system, where each child is allocated a person who is responsible for their needs and development throughout their time with us.
A robust recruitment procedure is in place and we insist that all staff are required to have a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) and two satisfactory references before their appointment is confirmed.
All new staff must then complete a mandatory induction period to enable them to fully understand their role, to familiarise themselves with our policies and procedures and with the daily routines of the nursery.
